This study investigates the integration of sustainable printed textiles as essential functional, aesthetic, and environmental components in contemporary administrative and office space furnishings, aligning with global green building standards (LEED and WELL). The research problem addresses the ecological degradation and indoor air contamination caused by conventional textile processing and volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, contrasted against rigorous commercial office performance mandates (durability, flammability standards, and acoustic performance). Utilizing a descriptive, analytical, and comparative methodology, the paper classifies eco-friendly fibrous substrates (organic natural fibers including cotton, linen, and hemp, alongside recycled post-consumer synthetic fibers such as rPET) and critically evaluates advanced digital inkjet printing technologies employing non-toxic water-based pigment inks. A comprehensive performance matrix is established based on international testing standards, specifically the Martindale abrasion resistance test, the Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) for acoustic partition fabrics, and flame-retardant compliance. The findings demonstrate that sustainable printed textiles reduce office interior embodied carbon by up to 45%, optimize indoor environmental quality (IEQ), and mitigate acoustic pollution in open-plan workspaces. Furthermore, integrating biophilic printed patterns enhances visual ergonomics and workplace productivity. The study concludes with practical specification guidelines for interior designers and procurement specialists.
