بناء المرونة النفسية من خلال الروتين الآمن والدعم العاطفي دراسة تحليلية معمقة من منظور علم النفس التنموي ورياض الأطفال

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل كيفية بناء المرونة النفسية لدى الأطفال من خلال تكامل الروتين الآمن والدعم العاطفي، انطلاقاً من منظور علم النفس التنموي ورياض الأطفال. ينظر البحث إلى المرونة النفسية بوصفها عملية نمائية ديناميكية تمكّن الطفل من التكيف والتعافي ومواصلة النمو في مواجهة الضغوط، لا بوصفها سمة ثابتة أو قدرة فردية معزولة. ويتناول مفهوم الروتين الآمن وخصائصه، مثل الانتظام، وقابلية التوقع، والمرونة، والمشاركة الأسرية، كما يوضح مفهوم الدعم العاطفي وأبعاده المتمثلة في الاستجابة الحساسة، والاحتواء، والتسمية الانفعالية، والحدود الدافئة، والتشجيع.
يعتمد البحث منهجاً وصفياً تحليلياً من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات النفسية والتربوية والصحية ذات الصلة. ويستعرض نظريات التعلق، والتنظيم الانفعالي، والنظم الأسرية، والمرونة النمائية، ثم يحلل الآليات التي يعمل بها الروتين والدعم العاطفي: خفض عدم اليقين، تنظيم الاستثارة، تقوية الإحساس بالأمان والانتماء، تدريب مهارات حل المشكلات، وتدعيم الكفاءة الذاتية. كما يميز البحث بين الروتين الداعم والروتين الجامد، وبين الدعم العاطفي والتدليل أو الحماية الزائدة. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن أفضل الممارسات لا تقوم على إزالة كل الصعوبات من حياة الطفل، بل على توفير قاعدة آمنة تساعده على فهم التحدي والتعامل معه تدريجياً. ويقترح البحث نموذجاً تطبيقياً للأسرة ورياض الأطفال يتضمن روتيناً يومياً قابلاً للتوقع، وطقوس انتقال، وتفاعلات عاطفية قصيرة ومتكررة، وخطة متابعة للإشارات التي تستدعي إحالة متخصصة.
